1. Consider a more thorough discussion of leadership theories. The topic is mentioned, but briefly. 

2. Don't forget about italics in the reference list.

Great topic and well put together. My suggestions are minor just reminder of header and abstract. I like the flow of your paper I know in one of our discussion you talked about the Great man theory maybe you can incorporate some ideas from there. Hope this helps!

This is a great topic. I really like the flow of your paper. Once you add some Leadership theory that would make it even better. Maybe consider compare and contrast some leadership theories that may work best with female leadership and what may not.
