Enclosed please find samples taken from The Plumber Connection Inc. website, in the attached file, for your review. I have provided this information as a basis by which to pull critical information that should be included, or referenced, when determining the type of info that would be applicable to Gauge Construction Inc. For instance, on the second page of your draft, labeled “Specializing In,” you might want to use the information I have provided you as a starting point; this information should not be repeated verbatim since we are attempting to develop an identity for Gauge Construction, Inc. that is new and innovative. You may want to look to TPC Inc. website to get a feel for the types of generic construction and plumbing photos you may want to integrate as well. When referencing Gauge Construction as a commercial construction supplier, we want to avoid verbiage such as “middle man”; Gauge Construction, Inc. will be targeting Public Works projects in the future and the term “middle man” would be, perhaps, more applicable if we were only seeking jobs within the private residential market. Also, we do not want to reference Gauge Construction, Inc. as an extension of (or “previously known as”) The Plumbers Connection Inc. Gauge Construction, Inc. is a completely separate legal entity, with it’s own CSLB number and certifications. While TPC Inc. was primarily a residential plumbing service provider, Gauge Construction, Inc. will not be – it’s primary focus will be commercial construction and supply and commercial plumbing for Public Works projects, limited to Southern California. To date, the only certifications we have received are the SBE and DVBE code of 2016271. Gauge Construction, Inc. is also S.A.M. registered, it’s registration number is 116890421. I do not know if we have received our CAGE Code yet or a CPUC number yet….please feel free to ask Professor Gonzalez about the status of those items. Currently, a website has not been established for Gauge Construction, Inc. In speaking with Gary, he told me he provided you with the contact information for his website designer, Carl. You have been invited to ask questions or share information with Carl, should the need arise. I’m sure sharing your ideas with Carl will be helpful in the development of the Gauge Construction, Inc. website. One last note, it is extremely important that particular attention be paid to the spelling, grammar and punctuation when developing our social media presence. First impressions only happen once and are critically important when launching a new company….as simple as it might seem, spelling, grammar and punctuation reflect the level of professionalism and experience a company has and any mistakes in those areas denotes a substandard level of preparation and professionalism.
