The changes that every organization make have specific objectives in the organizational endeavor to achieve their goals and objectives. Some of the specific objectives for implementing the changes that Apple Inc. proposed include

improving employee productivity,

creating a better attitude towards an organization from its stakeholders,

efficient management of performance

and establishing best practices for innovation.

How are these objectives interrelated? What is the specific organizational change that will necessitate pursuing these objectives.

Thus, the company is supposed to develop an app for its customers in their devices that can help them to post their comments. The app will allow Apple Inc. customers to support officials to easily review customers' requests and address them without being disrupted by other comments, like in the case of Twitter. Need to furnish context in the intro of this essay in what the status quo is and how the development of the new app is intended to improve the status quo or resolve current problem/issues.

Every objective that is sought from implementing change has specific significance and the organization should ensure that it achieve them without compromising the provisions of ethicality.

How every change is important to the organization and how ethicality will be observed in meeting each objective? Follow the rule one idea one heading. Need two different heading to insure clarity and concretness.

What are internal and external stakeholders likely to gain if these objectives are accomplished How can each of these objectives be accomplished ethically?

Apple Inc. works to ensure that its employees are productive by giving them an ample work environment. As such, one objective of the change that this company seek to achieve from the proposed change is improving employees’ productivity (Brazzel, 2014). By developing an app that customers will use in their devices, the employees for this company will find it easy to review customer requests and make recommend to the company how those issues can be addressed unlike when the employees would review those requests manually. Need to explain what the nature of the app is and why it will improve productions

Therefore, the company will ensure that this objective is achieved ethically by promoting security and privacy of information for the customers who would make their queries using the apps upon development What is the status quo? Is the status quo jeopardize customer privacy?. For example, the company may specify the employees who would engage clients online and limit them from accessing private and sensitive information.

The second objective that the proposed change seek to achieve in Apple Inc. is to create a better attitude towards an organization from the stakeholders. For example, the development of app for customers would promote a positive image among the customers. Why is that? Furnish evidence to support your argument.Consequently, both internal and external stakeholders will take credit for the change and this action will, in turn, attract more customers to the company (Myers et al., 2012). Also, developing an app to aid customer service delivery aims to promote efficiency in management of performance. Therefore, the management will review those performances easily since each employee will have a specific tasked assigned to them concerning the employees Not sure what this sentence means. Also, the company will enhance means of communication to serve employees diligently as they seek to deliver their services. This action will ensure that besides reviewing employees’ performances, the company will have provided them with ample working environment.

The fourth objective sought from the organization change is to establish best practices for innovation. Developing an app for customers to present their grievances and make requests on different contexts is a positive step towards innovation for Apple Inc. This change would benefit all stakeholders and community by making service delivery efficient for the customers and, in turn, promoting a good reputation for the Company (Brazzel, 2014).
