Faculty Comments:
Brief narrative provided:
" The most critical document for this proposal will be the request for quotation (RFQ). This document is used to determine the purchase requirements as well for price quotations. Typically, this document issued when procuring standard equipment such as computers and other office equipment. While the document is usually small because it m specifies the type and prices of the item to be purchased, the long list of items makes it more significant sometimes. Some of the critical aspects of the RFQ include the item prices, terms of contract and delivery. "
Improvement would be to identify and describe the documents and provide a matrix noting typical usage of each.

Risks noted as:
' Every project has inherent risks. However, outsourcing some of the services would add to the existing risks (Zhang et al., 2018; Liu, Wang & Huang, 2017). Some of the risks associated with evaluation, including but not limited to, quality ratings and compacta compliance issues. Also, the bidder's past performance represents another risk because it may not be a good one. Also, the bidder may have little to no

experience dealing with the requirements of the bid, and such information may not be released in advance. For instance, the bidder may have an impressive past on the supplier of products other than web-based items, thus disqualifying a capable bidder. Therefore, Nearly Free would need to consider such instances and ask exhaustive questions to establish the competence and experience of the bidder.
The previous project or partners usually provide quality ratings. The project ratings will be rated based on past performance. The various rating aspects like errors, timeliness, reliability, among others, give the quality rating. If there is a quality rating problems, the stakeholders will create a good relationship with the previous partners as well as understanding to lie on quality or perhaps have lower quality standards concerning Nearly Free project. The best way to overcome such issues is to assess the project and determine the past organizational measures and find out if there are similarities between the two projects, such as needs and wants.
Delivery performance measures the rate of services provided that has attained the required standards, although it is impossible to rate it before project completion. Regrettably, Nearly Free will not see the projected delivery performance. However, the expected plan can be determined using the previous delivery performance. A possible problem is still unknown in delivery performance. The project standards may vary from one module to the other hence it is not possible to determine the end product even though it shows excellent past performance until the project is done. Not only open but continuous communication will solve this issue. Therefore, the company can track project progress using communication.
Contractual compliance occurs when the agreement between two companies is adhered to, and each party complies. The primary issue with this contractual compliance is that the contracted is considered null and void when one has no understanding and right legal information. This can be caused by the negligence of not understanding the contract. Void contracts attract penalties, fines or cause the project to be incomplete. To avoid this problem is by ensuring that both parties and their lawyers go through the agreement and seek clarifications where one cannot understand their responsibilities."
