Great job detailing where your organization could improve, specifically regarding the nursing shortage and patient safety. You also addressed that your institution is in good financial standing so should address the issue. Additionally, I would have liked to see you detail what financial considerations there would be if they don't! What financial impact can all of the negative consequences of nursing shortage cause on your institution?
