Having a mission statement is important because it gives you a focus and puts your current purpose into perspective. I had a tough time writing mine because I had to narrow down what I am currently focusing on and really think about my purpose. This was a good exercise. Excellent work!

That is a great mission statement for yourself. I have done something similar, I talked with my fiancé as well as family to determine what my strengths are and my weaknesses to develop an accurate mission statement. Documentation of how people perceive you is also a terrific way at developing a mission statement. After I talked to many people, I decided to use a recorder that can assist me in my personal growth and develop my statement. Like mission statements, vision statements are also important. Vision statement aids in the decision making of the business. Vision statement helps maintain a level of focus that helps attract and motivate talent in the job market. Every vision starts with a leader who can create mental and verbal pictures of the future and develop a vision culture around the vision statement.
