Thanks for sending us your plan. I can see that you have a clear goal of getting an internship which is great, However, I think you need to read the 701 assignment requirements again to find out the purpose of making this video.

It's not about theory, it's not about competition or background in the market, it's about YOU and the goal that you set at the beginning of the quarter.

Therefore, in order to target your reflective video you need to

-first, clearly introduce yourself (both names)

- tell the audience / listener what the goal or goals (1 or 2 no more) that you set and why (you have said this but be brief)

- mention the theory of reflection that was useful to you as you reflected on your goal

- talk about how you well you achieved the goal, what difficulties you had

- if you changed it and why / why not you changed and then

- what did you learn from the process.

It's important when you discuss the goal, to be S.M.A.R.T. about its achievement i.e. how did you measure how successful you were - did you get any interviews? why/why not? how did it go?

Finally, lead this goal into one you might set for next quarter.
