Operation Management milestone 1

Good evening Class and hope you are enjoying your weekend.  Just a reminder on Milestone 1, as I've received a few questions regarding this week's deliverable.  As per the final project guidelines, this week's deliverable encompasses the 'Generating Value' detailed in Section 1.  I have attached a sample layout for your project along with the final project guidelines.  You'll want to make sure to use heading and subheadings as-needed when addressing the various topics and questions (listed in the project guidelines).  If any questions please do not hesitate to use the general discussion area.
