I recommend an APA heading to help deliver this message in a clear and concise manner. The purpose statement also helps. :)

In fact, I did a search of your paper and found no instance of the words “ethics” and “ethical.” Since ethical issues can appears throughout the research effort, it is critical that researchers adhere to and apply the highest ethical standards from the conception of the research effort until it’s complete. Literature Review: Theories: 12/12 – Nice work…! As we noted in a previous assignment, presenting scholarly logical explanations that are relevant to your particular dilemma helps to create credible themes for the problem you identified for your effort. The potential explanations presented by scholars help to shape and inform your research strategy and design.

Literature Review: Bias and Limitation: 12/12 – Excellent…! Characteristics of good business research include objectivity and frankly revealing any restrictions placed on research activities. It is critical that each literature review assess whether or not scholarly authors injected bias into their research and to what extent did they reveal potential limitations. Failure in both areas could lead to reliability and validity challenges.
