This was supposed to be two separate policies, one for paper records and one for emails, and you did them in one policy. Again, it looks like you wrote a paper about "how to" do an email retention policy, rather than writing an email retention policy. So you really did not write an email retention policy. Also, the table you had in your email section is not a table that you really could use to retain information contained within email. Note that email should not be used for communication meant to be part of the patient's medical record if it can be helped but rather a communication tool within the EHR should be used.
