Learning Objective 3.1: Analyze evidence to identify relative strengths and opportunities in an early childhood program.
Feedback: Analysis of evidence is incomplete or vague and supported by superficial examples from the observations and interviews. Analysis includes both strengths and weaknesses, if appropriate. The checklist has different sections. Therefore, discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the sections. For example in the first section, how many “yes”, “yes, but” and “no responses”? What were comments?
Learning Objective 3.2: Recommend strategies for program improvement.
Feedback: Recommended strategies are loosely described and only vaguely connected to evidence. After you analyze the data, next create recommendations based on a thorough analysis. I will then review your recommendations. You have listed a number of recommendations, however the data analysis must support each recommendation.
Collaboration PS 4.1: Explain how compromise, mutual respect, and shared responsibility help diverse stakeholders achieve a common goal
Feedback: Response includes an explanation of how compromise, mutual respect, and shared responsibility help diverse stakeholders achieve a common goal; however the explanation is unclear or incomplete.
In this section discuss how you collaborated with the person who completed the checklist. How did you share the recommendations with the individual who completed the checklist?
