Special Video and Video Review Paper Instructions
The most valuable tip I can provide is to recommend watching a video or two each day and taking notes. Doing this will require a few minutes of your time. If you wait until the last minute, it will be difficult to watch all the videos AND write your paper.
The 2nd most valuable tip is to follow the example of the sample video paper in all ways!
Read this carefully. Refer to it as often as you need to. Follow my directions strictly!
Units 1, 2, and 3
These are the required Video Viewing Writing Assignments (called Reviews) for all units (1-2-3)
You must view all the following online videos. Take notes while you are watching the video. Use your notes to write your paper.
Here are some detailed instructions for writing your assignments:

1) Watch the short videos (all found on Khan Academy's website). There is a link in the D2L Content area for each video. If there is a broken link, go straight to Khan Academy and look up the video.
2) Take notes while you watch each video.
3) After you watch each video, write a paper for the videos you watched from your notes. The report must be a minimum of three total pages. I will deduct points if it is less than three total pages. SEE THE SYLLABUS FOR PROPER HEADINGS.
4) Write your paper with the videos in the order I listed them in the chart.
5) Do not title each paragraph. Instead, write the name of the video in the first sentence of your paragraph. Go to a new paragraph for each video.
6) You must use spell and grammar check before you upload your paper to the correct Dropbox found under the Assessments Tab in D2L. I take off points for grammar and punctuation. Write in complete sentences. Use paragraphs when you start writing about a new video. Use a 12-point Times New Roman font. Double-space your paper. Submit your essay in Doc or Docx format. Do not use a PDF or other format. Use a heading that is formatted the way I have provided in the sample paper.
7) All papers are submitted to Turnitin.com automatically for a plagiarism report called a Similarity Report. Your essay must not have a Similarity Report over 12%. I will NOT grade it, and you will get a zero. You can see your score when you submit your paper. If it is over 13%, you. May rewrite and resubmit your essay as long as you do so before the deadline time and date.
Unit 3 Unit 3 Assignment 3
Here are the videos you must watch for Unit 2 Assignment 2. Watch all of them. There are 11 videos for this unit. Watch all the videos.
Your paper must be a minimum of 4 total pages. It may be longer, but not shorter. You will lose significant points for anything less than three total pages.
