Fast food industries
Fast food hotel and restaurants have been developed specifically for ensuring that clients have the quickest way possible to obtain food. Such industries produce food like buggers, pizza and French fries which are the quickest to make. However, such industries have been faced by challenges which have reduced its prevalence. For instance, customers have highly complained about lack of freshness in the delivered food. It seems like they are short of the necessary raw materials required to making the requested food. Therefore, such challenges will negatively impact the fast food restaurant since they are bound to lose the potential clientele population. They are turned away especially when an organization cannot meet their anticipated criteria for delivering high quality goods. Therefore, they will seek other alternatives to obtaining the necessary food in their anticipated order. The essay entails an interview with two potential customers who will deeply identify the issues faced in the fast food industry that have affected their services.
Interview
I was seated in a fast food restaurant with the primary objective of analyzing and identifying some of the client challenges. My purpose was selecting on of the clients who would volunteer and talk about the difficulties and how they are negatively impacted. I noticed one young adult who volunteered to partake in my interview.
Interviewer: thank you for your voluntary participation in the research survey, id wish for your honest opinion on every asked question.
Person One: I will ensure I deliver my level best answers that will help in your report compilation.
Interviewer: I believe you have been a frequent customer in the restaurant…what are some of the challenges faced?
Person one: I have been a frequent client in this particular period for an extended period and I have experienced some set of challenges. First, incompetency in food delivery and it takes so much time before receiving the food after placing your order. Additionally, fast foods have taken a turn and grown increasingly unhealthy and I am extremely concerned for my well-being.
Interviewer: what do you think has contributed to such challenges?
Person One: I think that the restaurant has increasingly become focused on making more profit returns and forgotten about client satisfaction. It explains why so many clients in the place register increased complain regarding their poor services.
Interviewer: how will the restaurant be affected suppose they fail to make any significant changes in the organization?
Person One: the restaurant should realize the damages before they witness a significant drop in clients turn up. Too much negative review will result to losing some of the potential clients thus will eventually be forced to close down.
Interviewer: thank you for your honesty in answering the given questions diligently
Person One: I am glad I have been of help to your commitment.
Interview with person Two
Interviewer: thank you for your participation. I look forward to receiving your honest opinion on the matter.
Person two: I guarantee you maximum cooperation.
Interviewer: what thoughts do you have regarding fast food restaurants?
Person two: I think that they have been developed to save time for people especially when running various errands and have no time to cook. Therefore, fast food comes in handy since it can be delivered to an individual’s home according to their prescription.
Interviewer: have you experienced any challenges in the restaurants?
Person two: the primary difficulty experienced and one that I would request for an immediate change is unhealthy diets. Fast food restaurants have promoted increase in health challenges because the primary variety of foods is junk like French fries and burgers. Therefore, I find it hard to eat junk every day since it is against my health objectives.
Interviewer: what is your speculated opinion which would save the restaurant?
Person two: the restaurant should consider introducing a healthy diet since a huge part of potential customers have been cut out because of their junk food intolerance. The management should analyze their clients and introduce new healthy diets for the remaining generation. It means that they have to take an immediate action because they will lose customers. Personally, I have grown tired of the fast foods and I prefer to create time and home cook my healthy meals
Interviewer: thank you for your responses and participation
One trend that I have noticed after my interview with the clients is that they offer several changes for the organization to make the necessary changes. They have forwarded their complaints and wish that the restaurant should review their strategies ensuring that they are well served and their grievances have been sorted. The interviews tell me that clients need to remain my utmost focus even after I experience high profit returns. Most organization focuses on more products that attract potential clients. However, they fail to ensure constant care for their clients and eventually, profits will reduce and they will lose their dominance in the industry. The primary objective is tweaking the entities and services while tending to their utmost needs in terms of quality and quantity.
