2. Rename Sheet1 to FASHION1. Make a copy of FASHION1 and name is FASHION2.

3. Delete the unnecessary sheets.

Do the following in FASHION2.

4. Insert a Column after First. Name the heading Last. Enter the information as indicated.

5. In Cell A3, enter the current date (Format: Month (spelt out, Day, Year)

6. In Column I, enter a formula to calculate the Contribution of the National Fashion Academy for

each Sponsor if they are DOUBLING the contribution made by each Sponsor.

7. In Column J, create a function to calculate the Total Contribution.

8. In Cells F12:F16 enter the following labels:

· NO. OF SPONSORS

· LOWEST CONTRIBUTION

· HIGHEST CONTRIBUTION

· AVERAGE CONTRIBUTION

· TOTAL CONTRIBUTION

9. Create functions to find the above for the Contribution, National Fashion Academy Contribution and Total Contribution.

10. In Column K, type %Age. Calculate the percentage of each Total Contribution by each person in relation to the Overall Total Contribution. Place the percentage to two (2) decimal places.

11. Format all appropriate values to Currency with zero decimal places.

12. Center the main headings across the appropriate columns and apply cell styles to the main and column headings.

13. Insert a suitable graphic appropriately sized on both sides of the main headings.

Create the following charts:

14. Create a Column Chart comparing each sponsor’s contributions with the contribution on the National Fashion Academy (Only use the Sponsor’s First Name) . Format the chart as follows:

a. Title: Monetary Donations

b. X Axis: Name of Sponsor

c. Y Axis: Amount

d. Move the Legend to the bottom

e. Show the values

f. Place the chart a separate sheet. Give the sheet an appropriate name.

15. Create a Pie Chart showing each sponsor’s total contribution (Use only the sponsor’s last name) . Format the chart as follows:

a. Title: Corporate Sponsors

b. Move the legend to the top

c. Show the percentage

d. Embed in chart from A20:J40

16. Create a Header with your name on the Left and the name of your class on the Right.

17. Save the changes to the worksheet.
