Regarding to your assignment, the following questions may be asked by you:
1. How many years to cover the assignment? The last 5 years. For example, if the last data is for 2018; so, the report should cover from 2013.
2. What data should be included? Only ratios. No need to attach any financial statements or any other financial reports.
3. What if the ratios not available in the web site? In this case, you need to calculate the 5-types of ratios by yourself. Activity, liquidity, solvency, valuation and profitability. Up to 5 ratios for each category.
5. The length of the report should be how many words? One student up to 1000 words, 2 students up to 1500 words, and maximum 3, up to 2000.
6. Where should I submit my report? After completing the report, you should directly submit it to portal. I will create an assignment task in the portal, and you can submit it through it upon the deadline is due. The due date is November 28th.
7. Should all group member submit, or one is enough? One submission including the name of all members should be enough. Then, other member(s) of the group should submit one-page document to write: “I am a member of the group of [“Student Name and ID” of each member] and the report submitted by “Student Name and ID”. This is because, you grade will be linked to the submission port.
Referencing is very important. You should address any used sources of items such as book, article, web site, data sources, etc. at the end of the report. Up to 15% similarities would be ok but as much the rate increase, it may affect your grade.
