Recall accounts you have read about famous leaders in history. (You can seek information from the Internet or another reference.) Possibilities include Winston Churchill, George Washington, Joan of Arc, Martin Luther King, Catherine the Great, Peter the Great, or Chairman Mao. What projects did these people lead? (Yes, they all led projects!) What attributes and skills did they bring to their project management roles? For example, did they apply some principles of persuasion? What do you know about their communication styles?
