Analyzes how a distance learning module fits into the overall training program design, no using supporting research. It would have been good to see a discussion of the type of platform to be used. There are many E\ Distance learning platforms available. It is critical to select one that includes the ability to provide breakout rooms for more targeted interaction. Also, many systems on the market today provide analytics around length of time attendees actually spend actively involved in the training, etc. 

Don't forget a discussion on company culture as well as country culture. Many international companies find that the country cultures vary significantly in their preferences regarding distance learning. Most Latin American countries, for example, value the in-person interaction provided by an on-site training. As such, the isolation of the virtual learning platform may cause some participants to not learn as effectively.
