EXTREME CHALLENGE

A; Volvo Ocean Race challenge rules include the composition of the crew combos, where the team may consist of seven teammates in the case of a team that is composed of males only, or an additional of two females to make the number add up to nine. In addition, the team numbers can increase to ten members if the ratio of males to females is equal. Finally, the team made of females only shall include eleven crew members.

B; Race across America rules include; the requirements of the racers to sign an agreement and pre-race paperwork, the racers are expected to ride the entire root as stipulated and in case a racer wants to use the earphone, only the right ear should be fed with the sound.

C; Patagonia Expedition Race is a challenge that takes place in a wild conditions, the minimum age for participants is eighteen years, and the racer can be replaced two days prior to the challenge day.

D; Baja Rally is the challenge that is aimed at showcasing the motorcycle brand through the cross country competition. The regulation for the challenge read; that the participant be legally registered, the motorcyclist must be of legal age and the rider must be having a specific motorcycle.

E; Ocean 7 Challenge is the swimming marathon race that prohibits the wearing of wet suit, that takes place in different sets of conditions, one of them being very cold and sometimes the strong currents of water.

PART B; My first choice on the challenge is the ocean 7 challenge that involves swimming competition in different sets of conditions.

PART C; I am a male of 23 years and a white. The personal trait that are very key in being competitive in the ocean 7 challenge is that, first I am very courageous and flexible.

PART D; I have a positive attitude towards the challenge and therefore, completing the race is something I can achieve since I have the passion and strength to complete the challenge.
