Age against Glucose Levels

Based on the chart above, the glucose level increases with the age i.e. the older the person the high the glucose levels. As people age they dehydrate less due to reduced physical movements. That causes increase in their cellular fluids resulting in blood clotting, heart disease. Diabetes speeds up aging process. Diabetes means there is not enough glucose for the cells for metabolic process. Medicines and insulin become less effective in controlling blood sugar levels.

Glucose Level against Gender

Normal blood sugar level is not different for male and female. Neither it is different for people of different ages. Normal fasting sugar level of blood after 8 hours of fasting should be between 80 to 110 mg / dl. Levels of fasting blood sugar between 110 to 125 mg / dl are classified as impaired fasting glucose.

Age, Glucose Levels, Hypertension, Heart disease and BMI

Heart rate, free unsaturated fats level and morning plasma cortisol level are raised in hypertensive subjects at any weight list level, yet especially in the lean ones with high systolic circulatory strain. In the case of obese people, the extra cholesterol in their body may deposit on the walls of the blood vessels (Gluckman & Hanson, 2018). This causes the blood vessels’ diameter to get reduced and may cause heart failure, atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction and many more.
