I was excited to see you guys chose to analyze Yeti! While I don’t own and Yeti’s myself, a bunch of my friends do and swear by it. The part about positive feedback having a big impact on the brand caught my eye in your executive overview because it’s true!
I wonder if Yeti would be perceived different if they used external agencies instead of in-house methods. I definitely think Austin is a fitting location for this type of company. Austin is a hot area right now for younger professionals.
Giving away a small item such as a sticker, hat or t-shirt is genius. People love free stuff. The sticker is the easiest in my opinion to spread awareness. People will stick those on laptops, cars, etc. Boom- free advertising anywhere.
Overall, great presentation. The slides are organized, easy to read and accompanied with relevant visuals. Hope everyone in this group has a great rest of their summer.
