Welcome to our Rhetorical Strategies Exercise! Our first Special Topic Presentation focused on different Rhetorical Strategies that writers use in academic work. This exercise will ask you to put what you learned from the presentation into practice.
Although Canvas calls this a "quiz," bear in mind that I am using this format only because it offers a similar structure to a worksheet. Unlike our MLA Quiz, there is no time limit for this exercise.
This exercise is made up of 10 questions. Each question presents a task related to the application and function of Rhetorical Strategies. You will find a combination of multiple choice, short answer, and fill-in-the-blank questions, each of which is designed to put what you have learned from our Special Topic Presentation into practice.
Important Exercise Details This exercise does not have a time limit. You will have one opportunity to complete this exercise. Questions will appear one at a time. Once you have answered a question and navigate to the next one, you will not be able to navigate to the previous question. This exercise is worth 10 points total.
Submission Deadlines This exercise should be completed by 8pm on Saturday, July 18th.
