Executive Summary

Purpose and respondents:

The purpose of the executive summary is to provide an overview and better insight into the current overworked issue that is prevalent amongst company employees. Based on employee feedback, the organizations leadership can make strategic medication to resource allocation so to alleviate current employee morale. The respondent data set is composed of male and female employees of all age groups, with tenure ranging from one to five years, and different leadership levels.

Results:

Based on the graph results in question one and what gender group responded the most with “Pretty wiped out almost every day”, the male group has the highest result. (See Graph on Question one)

In Question two, Male age group over fifty (50+) were found to be the most stressed at home due to work. (See Graph on Question two)

In Question number three, Managers were amongst the group that seemed to love their job and what they do most. (See Graph on Question Three)

In Question four, female with tenures spanning past five years (5+) found that they have energy to spare and feel great.

Recommendations:

Based on the results stemming from the question mentioned previously it is apparent that results vary from one group to another depending on data keys asked. Also, no common denominator was evident based on the results from the four questions except that all age groups, genders, and leadership level experience a certain level of stress and burnout from work activities. Recommendations are to create a social platform for company employees so they can share their experiences and promote employee spotlights for performance.
