This assignment requires research into exceptional health care organizations that have been recognized by an authority such as Baldridge, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, Department of Health and Human Services, American Hospital Association, etc.  Based on your research identify one (1) health care organization that you would like to examine in the paper.  Using the knowledge gained from this course and other research, analyze the application of organizational theories by the organization’s leadership which have enabled them to attain recognition.  

Paper 6-7page provides thorough and wellarticulated introduction of the selected organization, why it was selected and identify/explain applied organizational theories.

Paper includes all of the following: • Thorough identification and description of employee and stakeholder engagement/motivation. • Thorough identification and discussion of the role of talent management in improvement of organizational behavioral objectives. • Thorough examination of organizational redesign and related theories applied. • Thorough discussion and analysis of the impact of leadership, inter/intrapersonal issues, organizational change & organizational design characteristics in the success of the selected organization. • Thoroughly analyzes the impact of operational and external factors (such as regulatory environment, legal, ethics, economic, local market forces, etc.) on the ability of the organization to leverage and/or evolve its organizational culture/behavior to achieve stated goal/objectives.
