Steps:
1: Follow instructions. Check : Filename and Orientation requirements.
2-4: Follow instructions for the Analysis by worksheet. The data should be as shown below. Be sure to put the date into the style shown and make sure to do Step 3b.
5-6: Follow the instructions. Disregard : Note under Step 5-b.
7-8: Check Figures: Follow the instructions for the Data worksheet. The first two rows of data are these figures. Be sure to pop open your columns so the labels are not truncated.
9: Use your mouse to highlight the data, not the row or column titles. Copy the Data worksheet to the Sorted worksheet. Make sure the column titles are not truncated.
10: Check Figures : After the sort, the first two rows should be:
11: Use your mouse to highlight and copy the data to the Airport worksheet. Follow the instructions and make sure no titles are chopped off and no #####’s are in the cells.
12: Follow the instructions. Once you delete the data, check your worksheet again to make sure column titles are not chopped off, as Excel tends to chop them off.
13: Check Figures : After the 3-way sort, your first two rows should be these figures.
14: Check Figures : The instructions tell you specifically (14b) which formula to use for AvgRev and you should have these figures for AvgRev. Do not use a different formula.
15: Check Figures : After naming the ranges, you should have four ranges: AE, AH, AP, AS
Check Figures : When each range is clicked, the corresponding range will highlight on the worksheet similar to this with the numbers highlighted for that range.
16: Create the labels . Average Quarterly Revenue per Economy Car (Airport) Do not include the “in row 1. 2. 3. in the title. My titles started in J1 and extended through O1. Do not merge the cell you start typing in. The titles should extend across all the cells, for example, from J1 to O1.
17: Click a cell in Row 1 to the right of the widest label. The cell I used was, P1. In that cell write a function formula to do the average on a named range, such as: =AVERAGE(AE)

18: Check Figures : If the conditional formatting is done correctly, you should have these figures for Economy. Do your other conditional formatting in the same way.

19 & 20: Charts : Both charts are aligned below the labels created in Step 16. Make sure the title has all major words capitalized and that it reflects what is in each chart.
21 & 22: Questions : Place both questions below the last chart.
Question 1: Label your response. Do not repeat the question.
Answer the question in 2-3 sentences. All proper nouns are to be capitalized (if it is capitalized in the worksheet or Excel capitalizes the word, then you must also capitalize it.)
To keep your answer from running off the page, it is suggested that you insert a Text Box, as shown here. When you click off the Text Box, make sure all your words can be read inside the Text Box.
Question 2: Same directions as above.
Students : If the worksheet (such as Revenue) or Excel (such as 3-D Column) capitalizes a word then you must also capitalize the word(s) in your answers.
