Excel is known to be the most popular software for spreadsheet programs In PC as it has an additional feature which helps if to perform industrial dynamic and Lotus sluggishness in porting 1-2-3 to windows instead of its technical worth’s (Sharda et al. 2020). Excel is regarded as an easy general-purpose tool which is significantly useful in spreadsheets. It is easy for an entity to make mistakes in complex spreadsheets. Most of the common errors that individual try to evade by use of spreadsheets are incomprehensible calculations, complex relations, hidden info and simple plain mistakes.

Over time excels has been the standard for all data manipulation over the years through various industries. Unlike other sophisticated technology serving the same purpose, excel has had minimal changes over the years. It has managed to keep an incredible commanding lead since it was launched. It is easy to use as different people can use it in various fields as a simple data entry as it is not pretty or sophisticated as it gets the jobs done. It remains to be robust programs, and the spreadsheets it creates are fragile.

Excel has major advantages, such as improving efficiency and productivity as it provides efficiency when handling vast volumes of data and calculations. It allows the user to complete specific tasks and allows quick analysis of data which is beneficial in keeping other entities up to date and streamlining the workflow process. Advanced excel tools create more complex calculations the programs complete the calculations once the program has been set to command. Excel spreadsheet allows the user to organize the data while giving the capability to categorize the info in any way that you prefer. The excel strategies can be applied across the entire suite of Microsoft office products. This ability reduces the need of re-entering information and allows a streamlined workflow.
