I found the 15-minute video to be necessary for me. In other words, there have been plenty of times where I have had the miss judgment of actions with in a given conversation. For example, my father and I are always getting into heated conversations. Based on his actions with in the conversation I have at times upscaled my physical actions. For example throwing my hands up in the air or forcefully rolling my eyes, not knowing why or how he could act a certain way. Anyway, the video did help me pause before assuming.
