Who I am you may ask. I am Sean Williams. I have a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Strayer University. I have a long range of experience that backs up my management skill. I additionally, have excellent communication and decision-making skills that have been honed from my time as a Verizon Wireless business specialist. As CEO of CP Free it is my primary goal to create a great product and manage it well. I also serve at the pleasure of our current shareholder and the staff at CP Free. I desire to make CP Free the leading company in safe and healthy non-alcoholic beverages. Our action encompasses our company’s mission statement of : “CP Free Juices and Smoothies’ mission is to provide enriched juices and smoothie options that have been researched and found to be corn syrup product and preservative free. Our goal is to be a one stop juice and smoothie choice for the health-conscious family without worry or concern”.

Our name, CP Free Juice and Smoothies reflect the exclusion of corn syrup products and preservatives within our product.

I have an administrative staff that includes Melinda Cates, she is the creator of CP Free, and the ultimate master mixer of our drink products. We also have Stephen Jobs. He assists in every capacity, more directly works with IT. In addition, to Melinda and Stephen, we have Ian Glass. Ian is our veteran line foreman. Without Ian our company would be just an idea. Ian takes care of most day to day production of CP Free product.

Global Sourcing: CP Free is looking to impact the environment and other systems around the world. It is a part of our social responsibility. In doing so we are not looking to get the cheapest product, but to get quality products from countries with less economic activity.
Conventional Agreements: A conventional agreement for CP Free is a way to outsource our need for distribution. This conventional agreement is able to create a simplified agreement to assist CP Free in allowing the maximum cost reduction by using a company who has the greatest expertise.
Operational: CP Free additional use of an Operational service agreement to assists with typical machine maintenance and repair. Additionally, CP Free also outsources portions of their IT work. This allows specific task to be given to external servicers who maybe better equip to handle tasks, particularly if the use of the skills is less frequent.
