Hello Anas,
Your case study report was very thorough. I enjoyed reading through your position and gaining a better perspective to which I did not consider or may have missed.
I like how you discussed the cost factors of implementing a new system or set of systems and how it would cost not only for the software, but also the higher volume of employee management on top of their normal workloads. You elaborated further on this regarding the capital management aspects to report metrics as it will help companies in the long run gain a better perspective and competitive advantage, even if they have to go through some tough times getting the system set up and running in the short term.
I would try to use more information from the 2 texts and some graphics, but you were able to adequately answer the case study in a business fashion. Great job!!!
Hello Reshmee,
I enjoyed reading your case study report and found it to be very helpful in areas I did not interpret as such. I thought your problem statement was on point!
I like how you expanded on the delivery from cloud of these types of services which transforms the economic dynamics and shifts the capital expenditure discussion in to operational expenditure discussion. I agree with your point where that BPaaS is suitable to varied application environments that can guarantee a consistent and well defined business process, specifically for Payroll processing and Shipping Management.
I would try to use more information from the 2 texts, but you were able to adequately answer the case study in a business fashion. Great job!!!
Hello Reshmee,
I find your section of the lessons learned is very informative. It includes a lot of valuable information that I was not aware of before. I really liked how you organized these lessons in very simple way that the reader can take it in very easily.
We shared some of the same lessons and examples. For instance, some apps such as clever tap which employs both SaaS and BPaaS technology which can get a single view the customers journey and understand behavior across all lifecycle stages, drive longtime user engagement and retention with the industry first AL features and also leverage automated business representative segmentation to engage at risk customers and win back lost customers .which is far much reliable to deliver customer benefits package.
Good job! keep the hard work!
Hi Alyssa,
I found your case study to be very thoughtful and informative. Some of the figures that you used are very interesting. Figure 1.3, however; discussed the costumer journey layers is missing more input for the reader. I had a hard time making connection to our case study. An area that you shined in is when you shared your personal experience in such services. I found it to be relative to this case study and I was happy with the amount of information that I gained.
Reflecting extensively on the concept business ecosystem trends have marginalized complex processes to be simpler and quick. Which has hugely led also to emerging also fraud cyber-crimes posing threat to upcoming creativities and innovations. Getting a comparison to the LIL goals where software programmers want to take their creativity to the next level will be limited. So in my personal view for any new advancement in business ecosystem trends to protect and encourage upcoming works.
Overall, very good job! keep it up!
