Point Of Application

This should be applied during the decision making step so that the model is factored in while making any decisions about the business (Proctor, 2018).

This point is also critical for its application because it is the step where decisions are made and therefore if the model is not suitable for the step then a decision can also be made to apply it elsewhere within the process.

Variance

The variance is that, the current condition is full of uncertainties however with the application of the model, in future an organization is better of to predict what to expect because with a data driven approach, they can accurately project all that tgey need to face future challenges.
