| The process I want to improve is the scheduling process at my work. Right now, the schedule changes every week and my co-workers are constantly complaining about it. They continue to be scheduled when they are unavailable and changes are made to the schedule on short notice and not communicated to employees. This process is very ineffective and I think could be improved fairly easily and make things better for both managers and employees. | |||||||||||
