Question (a)
Many leaders have no idea what to say about organizations because they haven't given them much thought, and others who have given them some thought attempt to avoid the subject at all costs. I was able to better understand both perspectives after performing comprehensive research on business opinions in working in a union-free atmosphere versus functioning in various settings. After interacting with numerous businesses, I learned about the benefits and drawbacks of unions from employers' perspectives and the significant contrasts between unionized and non-unionized workplaces. From the benefits of unions, businesses believe that most union employees are satisfied with their jobs. They realized that having a union allows disgruntled employees to seek assistance and address their problems or complaints (U.S. Department of Labor, 2003). According to research, most unionized workers are unlikely to leave their jobs within an organization. Trade unions also guarantee that employees have no motivation to perform poorly or not at all. Timely pay raises and attractive healthcare benefits also help ensure that most unionized employees operate to their full potential. Unions also work to eliminate discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, age, sexuality, religion, and any other factor.
