BA614: Human Resource Management

This course deals with the complex issues associated with the employment of individuals in organizations.

including management practices, labor relations, compensation and benefits, detail training of the

associate and development, and the legal environment. This course taught me how to make an ethical

decision at work when there is a choice among more than one solution, how to design and assign work.

for individually and for group, and also in detail knowledge about the Civil rights Acts of employees at

working place.

I was able to perform below tasks at my work from knowledge gained from this course:

· Designed and plan the work in a task to assigned to the team and to individually.

· Made ethical decisions in the Agile meetings during sprint planning and sprint retrospective.

· Develop and implemented the strategies which aligned with the business to hire software.
