Problem Statement
An unacceptably high number of children die before their fifth birthday in the Centre Department of Haiti, with 104 deaths/1000 live births (compared to the country-wide rate of 88 deaths/1000 live births).3,4
Malnutrition and diarrhea are among the leading causes of these deaths.4
