Paper Title: Population Health by K. A.

General Comments: I really like K.A. topic population health because this topic has always been overlooked for years when in the real world this is one of the most important issue. I like that she use clear, and helpful information. One thing that stood out to me was her personal experience about her interaction with population health.

Specific Comments: I find your paper to be very interesting here is some good information to add in your paper if you wanted: PHM requires a combination of clinical, financial and operational data that can provide actionable steps and predictable analytics. This information is gathered through the utilization of health IT. The health IT is most beneficial when it can monitor and analyze data about a patient population, provide the ability to draw conclusions from the data, and then develop a clinical picture of a population to help manage the specific diseases within it.

Abstract: I really like how you explain each step to your paper. I really understand the concept of your paper. This section of the paper is wrote in clear APA format. Everything is spell correctly. The flow of this section is really accurate.

Introduction:

I like that you added the keywords of your paper. I like how you start off the introduction using statics from low income area. I feel like you should got more n depth about low income and healthcare like add more examples.

Methods: I like how you said each peer-reveiwed journal that was use. I like how you explain each step by step. I like that you use a graph from the determinants of health.

Results: The result came out great. Showing similarities, and differences of health disparities was very useful in this section. I like that you link the patients to the physician.

Discussion/Conclusions:

Clear understanding of the debate, and closing.
