Daniel has been working on Macro level work. He has helped with developing policies and procedures, developing a business plan that focused on the strengths of families and communities to ensure that children's needs are being met. He also used interpersonal and micro skills through his engagement with co-workers and a multi-disciplinarian team.

Daniel did an excellent job remaining professional and ethical through all situations. he was tested in very stressful and tense times as program development occurred and he remained effective and communicating his concerns with the policies and procedures and the company as a whole.

Daniel did a great job of being willing to learn. He struggles to allow for growth as he wants to act immediately but he has been open to learning and discussing performance as the internship has developed.

Daniel does a great job of analyzing and identifying what works well and what area of growth needs to occur. He also is able to identify how certain intervention will affect the program, person and community.

Daniel has done a great job this semester of working on his ability to analyze situations and develop program and evidence-based practices to meet needs. He is creative in his thinking and problem-solving. We will be working more interpersonal skills and communication this next quarter.
