After the adoption of GDPR policy 2016, European Union began improving the nature of security and data infrastructure. The adoption was preplacing the detective law that was governing the IT framework since 1995. The European nation, which is extended to more than 28 countries, began developing more focus on the infrastructure following inn data processing. On the broader scope, the requirements adopted required a profiled investment in companies’ privacy processes and drastic exploration when handling personal data. In this case, The European union provided an overview of protection that should be extended to various key elements in organizational security. It requires any organization and private agency that handles large volumes of data to have observed the GDPR guideline. Essential identification and personal information, such as names, addresses, and ID numbers, should be exposed to any form of attack and exposure (Dadmile, 2019).

The government surveillance agency should only control breaches such as IP addresses, cookies, and RFID tags. The union has raised laws, rules, and regulations that have boosted and controlled genetic data. Racial and ethical based regulation has posed effective control of communication and data management. The process is strongly bossed in the provision of the law, European Union provision, and compliance from the member states. In this case, the law is extended to the liability aspect. Date processing and controlled third party access. The new law requires a chain of compliance and revision of explicit consent.

In a brief overview, my project covers advanced and effective processes in cloud risk and compliance issues. In this case, the report analysis depicts compelling reasons that can provide convenience management to adopt cloud computing. Therefore, this policy requires an advanced study of the situation and methodological of adopting a cloud framework. In this case, the research analyzes an electioneering process alongside the voting process. Bearing in mind that it’s an electoral based privacy, several provisions and guidelines must be followed. In my case, I will base my argument on the Federal law of election and the national institute of technology articulation on electoral matters concerning the database (Danielle & Kennedy, 2017). The institute issues encryption provision, decryption, and cryptography technology in an effective way. The privacy law, therefore, extends a responsibility model for web protection and creation certification process. The extended ability should also be launched in the software that is used in result transmission. All the shared data point should be integrated with firewall and surveillance monitoring software which manages transactions.

Elevation, coordination, and compliance based on the comprehensive election Act play a significant role in preventing online electoral malpractice and indulges in real-time notification in case of any threat. the Fact that voting is a continuous and delicate process. In this case, the privacy issue will be management by various adopted cloud control processes. Amongst them include certification of the voting standard, voting aspect, and reduced modification of results. Coordination of security system and structured balloting process should we embrace in the election parallel testing. As part of a technology-based polling strategy, the database will enhance an audit trail. The union has also put in place provision balloting; therefore, the SOX database system will embrace compliance, thus raising the security standard (Zetoony, 2018).

Adopting cloud services, therefore, will boost and enhance data and result from transformation. It will also ensure high integrity value in the assessment and data residency processes. In this case, Ballot will, therefore, realize a profiled use of the internet and limit any chance of electoral malpractice.
