For those of you who have gotten approval for your ethnography organization, please feel free to move forward with this assignment. Below are a list of questions that have been compounded from your responses. Remember that at least 10 are required. Remember to choose questions that will help you learn more about the organization and how the organization supports equity and social justice of individuals. Think about the 'isms' from last week. How can you learn more about the developing ideas you have about certain groups of people. These are just suggestions for questions, please adapt and change to fit your needs and situation.
When you get to the writing stage, please know that this is a narrative paper, and should not just be a list of questions and responses.

Do you select the people that donate? If yes how to you select them? 5. Do you have a partnership? 6. How do you conserve the clothes? 7. How many people donate per day? 8. Are there any requirements before donating? 9. Do the clothes have to be in certain conditions? How do you/your organization work to promote equity and/or social justice? Who does your organization directly support? What is the mission statement of your organization? Why is what you or your organization does important? Do you have any stories to share that highlight your (or your organization’s) connection to the community? How does your job impact the community? How has the organization/your role changed over the years? What would you like others to know about the people/community you serve? How can people support your work? What do you feel is the best way to help under-represented groups/voices? How did you group get started? What do you think is the biggest contribution your group has made?
