The Final paper will be from the case study “Strained by Katrina, a Hospital Faced Deadly Choices”.  This exhaustive article from the New York Times serves as a compilation of ethical issues studied throughout the course.  The student will be required to identify the most significant ethical issues, management mistakes, and the key actions they would take to correct on a go forward basis (500 words not including references).
