Ethics Essay Question for LB5231 (Due On 7 August 2021, 6 pm)

You were provided with the reading on “The Empire Globe Corporation Case”.

Explain briefly why Susan Bond, a recent MBA graduate working as a corporate economist for the Empire Globe Corporation, felt that she was in an ethical dilemma.

Do you consider the actions of her senior management to be ethical? What effects do you think their actions would have on stakeholders as well as the shareholders of the company.

Using your readings on business ethics and the various models of ethics, explain how you would react if you were in the situation that Susan Bond found herself in.

Remember to use your understanding of the various theories of business ethics to support your arguments in answering the above question.
