Providing People with Disabilities Reasonable Accommodations in the Workplace
The author’s main point is that To keep disabled workers engaged at work, numerous organizations have remained at the forefront of efforts to ensure equality and inclusion of them. The argument that the author uses to make the main points is that profiles have been developed by some organizations that provide qualified individuals with equal job options regardless of their total or partial disability.
The issue of providing people with disability a reasonable accommodation in the workplace is important to me because addressing the issue helps a lot of individuals. For fear of prejudice, people with disabilities have not participated actively in the job market. Employers can improve their hiring practices in today's society by encouraging the hiring of people with disabilities. I feel that the sources I have chosen give more information on the topic, and I feel that the sources are relevant.
