To introduce Organizational ethical issues are more important to develop and implement them in the workplace. As business ethics decisions and activities have great scrutiny by different stakeholders, customers, employees, and special interest groups. For any company trust to their customers, stakeholders etc., it depends on the values and morals they follow, and it needs to have the contribution from everyone. Here we will be discussing the values and morals from the company to their employees and what ethics they need to follow and report the issues and challenges faced by them in terms of company growth and increased sales and profits (O. Ferrell, 2017).

In the ethical issue case study will be selecting a topic to describe 2 issues I and my co-workers have faced. First ethical issue to describe is how managers and higher officials needs to have the values and morals to their team members to show greater productivity. Second ethical issue is how your managers trusts and respect your values. In the first ethical issue as described if the employees do not seem to have values and morals from their managers or supervisors, they work under them does not seem to be work anymore or they do not give their full performance as expected which degrades the productivity of any project in a company. In this case I have seen two of co-workers who were contractors faced this issue where they were working hard to give their best, but the manager was supporting the full-time employee as he showed the other co-workers work as her to the supervisors where no one sure until they saw this in the management presentation session as they saw her name instead of their names under the project work. After the manager got to know he tried to cover up the something which did not make sense to them s why he tried to highlight her by showing their work as her to their supervisors and this is where they both lost their trust, values, and morals towards his manager. Thus, they thought to resign where they thought it is not a right place to work anymore under him in the company where they do not get any values and trust. As they were best employees who work hard to have all kind of performance improvement in the application after they left, they saw a lot of productivity, customer faced issues because of the less knowledge in the existing team members.

In the Second issue which I and my team members have faced not related to the first ethical issue but as I work under infrastructure operations team where need to involve with both Development and Infrastructure team. So, need to work with Development managers to coordinate all the changes and for any issues they started to report to the manager that we work under him and report all the tasks and activities. In this case we have faced lot of ethical issues where the manager did not listen our team members explanation properly and started to blame me for all the issues which he listened only the development manager as they are close to each other. Whatever the team had doing the changes to support the production environment has to carefully check all the things before doing it as if we did not have issues on our side also. This makes things little complicated to support as we need to have trust and ethical values from the manager to show greater productivity.
