ETHICAL MEMOIR

Moral Ethical Dilemma

Definition:

making decisions between two choices which are not preferable (Russ, 2017).

My example:

Between launching a complaint and suffering quietly.

Complaining meant I could lose my part-time job

Keeping quiet would mean I would continue suffering

Solution:

I resolved by choosing to speak up.

Importance of Ethics

I have learned that:

I could do better by negotiating rather than complaining.

Ethics promote respect and good relations (William, Mathew, & Michael, 2015)

People can converse on equal grounds if ethics are followed.

Good social behavior are promoted by ethics.
