Proposal summary
The project is aimed at creating a home group for young girls. The home will focus on taking care of teen girls aged between 13 years to 20 years. The home will be named Eternity Teens. The name stems from the fact that it will provide services to teen girls for a long time equaling to eternity. The project is founded on the premise that the services offered will be imperative in changing the current status of teen girls in the country. It will be initially located at a singular position but will later spread to other states in the country. This is a non-profit organization which will seek pro bono service grants from government agencies and other donors. The project was initiated after a realization that the community was filled with young girls who were homeless. The teen girls have no parent figures which makes their situation dire. Additionally, some of the girls were previously incarcerated and/or involved in drug abuse. Their being in the street exposes them to risks and also robs them off their children rights. Therefore, the major objective of this project is to have a home for the girls.
Within the home, there will be services offered depending on the nature of particular cases. The project will hence incorporate short-term and long-term programs. This nonprofit organization is here to help guide these lost girls into the right direction. There are short term programs or long-term programs. Short term programs will consist of the girls receiving therapy, being connected to the right sources for jobs, and receiving help with school work. The long-term program is for teen girls who needs a place to live and need more attention. The girls will receive guidance, therapy, a place to sleep, bathe, and relax if they are in school or working. There is even a program for teen girls who are pregnant and need a place to live.
Overview of the organization
Eternity Teens is founded on the community moral ground that seeks to improve the society by uplifting the individuals who are most vulnerable. The organization has been highly recommended by the community members who form the largest part of its founder members. Additionally, there are various thanks letters from the general public. Eternity Teens has passed or the quality tests and has obtained all the required licenses and indemnity insurance details. The organization will have 10 members of staff. This will include an executive manager, 2 nurses, 2 psychiatrists, 1 accountant, 2 teachers and 2 physicians. Other members of the staff will work on voluntary terms guided by the organizational policy.
Project goals and objectives
The organization has the following goals:
1. To reduce the rate of homeless teen girls within three months.

4. Offer 100 % funding on education for the teen girls in school. This will resolve illiteracy levels by 80 % within the community. The program will later spread to the whole country.
The organizational will allocate resources for structural expansion which includes facilities, organizational vehicles and other support services.
