Introduction Paragraph

Thesis Statement:

Specifically, this work intends to highlight the positive impact that enraging people to donate organs, tissues, and stem cells will have on the medical research field.

Purpose of Paragraph #2:

Supporting Ideas/Evidence:

Although stem cells exhibit different properties, there are two key traits that have long been used to identify them; potency and self-renew ability. Regarding potency, the cells are in a position to differentiate into specific cell types. Most experts in the field believe that stem cell roles are regulated through a feedback mechanism. The self-renewal ability is arguably their most notable trait. It means that the cells have the aptitude to go through many cycles of cell division in a lifetime while at the same time retaining the undifferentiated state. Obligatory asymmetric replication and stochastic differentiation are the two mechanisms that facilitate the self-renewability property of the stem cells (Tuch 2006). A study completed by the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute in Los Angeles CA injected aged rats with specialized stem cells sourced from new-borns. The stem cells caused a rejuvenation of the cardiac muscles of the older rats and improved heart function and exercise capacity of the rats (Paddock 2017).

Purpose of Paragraph #3:

Supporting Ideas/Evidence:

In adult multicellular organisms, stem cells along with progenitor cells play the role of repairing the body by replenishing adult tissues. In the case of developing embryos, stem cells can single out into all the specialized cells (such as mesoderm, ectoderm, and endoderm), but at the same time uphold the normal turnover of regenerative organs such as intestinal tissues, the blood, and the skin. This is a pivotal role that the cells play in sustaining the life of these organisms. The study of these cells has also allowed man to acquire tools to cure existing illnesses such as leukemia (Tuch 2006).

Purpose of Paragraph #4:

Supporting Ideas/Evidence:

Why donate organs, tissues and cell are very important for medical study?

Purpose of Paragraph #5:

Supporting Ideas/Evidence:

Why those medical data of donating are so valuable ?

Purpose of Paragraph #6:

Supporting Ideas/Evidence:

The government should popularize the benefits and importance of donating cells and organs to the masses, which should help more people know more about the details and significance of donating cells. Some non-profit-making medical organizations can hold some lectures and conferences of donating in school and via social media.

Purpose of Paragraph #7:

Supporting Ideas/Evidence:

Secondly, the state should make corresponding compensation to donors. For example, the state could provide a small amount credit of food stamp, which could as a appreciation and compensatory to contributions of the donors and encourage other people to active donate organs, tissues and cell.
