Well, were those pundits right? Was that not normal? From all that you've learned about US history were the people, policies, and events between 2017 and 2021 continuity or change? Pick a few examples throughout US history showing how 2017-2021 was either a continuity or a change. 

By now you know the best evidence and where to get it. You must use evidence from American Perspectives. You also know what evidence to avoid.

Please cite as footnotes using the Chicago Manual of Style. Include a Bibliography. Keep it around 500 words. 

You are limited from 1877 to the present. Do not go before 1877 in your examples to demonstrate continuity or change.
