Essay #3 Argumentative Paper MLA FORMAT

Topic

· With the rise of technology will important and crucial jobs such as SURGEONS be replaced by robots?

1. Essay must be in MLA Format with Works Cited Page.

2. Research paper should be 1,500 words or minimum of 6 pages typed.

i. The research must be an argumentative paper taking a stance, not a book report. 

ii. A Work Cited page with at least 5 sources.

iii. Work Cited can include the following sources: All the readings count, You must use at least: Two scholarly journal sources, there is a limit of one online website.  Use the library databases, rather than random Google search. At least one, solid, extra source--a magazine or newspaper, or book,  that you think is credible.

2. Use several in-text citations in the form of quotes and paraphrases to help support your points.

3. Paper must be relatively free of grammatical and mechanical errors.

4. You should use at least two templates from TSIS.  Put a box around them.(Found at bottom of page)

5. Underline your Thesis Statement.

6. Include a Works Cited Page.

· Turn in a complete Works Cited page, correctly formatted with ALL of your sources.  Also, under each source; include a few sentences about why you chose the sources as it relates to your topic, and how you will use it.  This is sort of like an annotated bibliography…but I want you to have your works cited page already done!
