Task= Write an essay: Stress is a normal part of people’s lives. Your task in writing this essay, is to discuss daily hassles as sources of stress in peoples lives. Identify and define these types of stressors and the potential impact they can have on an individual’s physical and psychological health. Use psychological theory and research evidence to explain this aspect of stress.
