I. Introduction Clearly state, in one sentence, the single ethical issue you are addressing.

CSC 208 Rubrics for Grading the Ethical Analysis Paper
One course objective is for students to correctly apply the frameworks, as this course focuses on critical thinking.
The following general rules apply. Your paper should: 1) meet the specifications –
a. use proper citation; you may use any style you want (MLA, APA, Chicago Manual, etc.)
b. write an analytical paper not an informative essay c. clearly state the ethical issue you are addressing in the introduction of the
paper. d. have the facts of the case right e. use the correct frameworks: rule utilitarian, act utilitarian, social contract,
moral rights, Rawl’s Theory of Justice, and Kant’s 1st and 2nd formulations of the categorical imperative.
f. correctly apply the frameworks g. pay careful attention to editing for correct grammar and spelling h. be well organized
