Today, education cannot be separated from peoples’ day to day activities. This is because; education has become a very vital requirement for most of activities and developments in the world. Education is very necessary in acquiring most skills in todays’ world. Due to this, the standards of education have improved. The improvement of the standards of education can be associated with the improvement of technology which is enabled by increase in the technology devices for example mobile phones and laptops and the increase in the number of people that have access to technology. According to Reisati, e-learning is one of the main benefits that technology has on education (Riasati, 2012. ). Today, technology is being used to improve education standards through e-learning which enables students to learn online with the instructions and guidance of the teachers. This method of learning is effective because it has a wide coverage meaning that it is able to reach students from all over the world without them have to attend an actual institution. In conclusion, in order to ensure that the standards of education continuously improve, the level of technology should also be improved from time to time.

Although it has always been thought that quality education is that which is taught in a traditional classroom, this is true since the use of technology has really improved education. In a traditional classroom, students are taught a particular topic, do an exam and then move on to the next topic. This method is not very effective since passing on a particular topic does not mean that a student has learnt everything on the topic. Using technology in classrooms however has improved the quality of education since students can revisit topics that they might not have understood by watching videos online. From the ted talk by Sal Khan "Watching such videos is convenient for students since they can pause and repeat a video in order to understand more on a particular topic." This beats a traditional classroom where if a teacher teaches on a particular subject it is difficult for a student to revisit the subject. From the ted talk by Sal Khan "an autistic student was able to learn mathematics from watching videos something that he was not able to do from a physical" classroom. It is therefore important to appreciate what technology has done to improve the quality of our education system now and even in the future to come.

The various assumptions and reasons that may differ on the approaches provided towards improving education quality. The students should be provided education in physical classes which is more beneficial for them. They can learn concepts and can ask questions from teachers more conveniently. The online classes can have affected studies negatively. The online process of learning can make the students lazier and they can cheat. They can become more dependent on internet sources instead of creative writing by themselves such as cyberbullying and fraud may make the technology to be considered harmful. There may be a negative impact on how students interact. The technology can extract the attention of students from learning towards other things. There is more interaction physically than in online classes. Hence a balance should be focused on to ensure proper interpersonal relations.

Restate thesis in a new way: In other words, keen observations are required to ensure the best approaches are used to ensure that the quality of education remains at its best. The specific systems can be enhanced by ensuring that the knowledge provided matches and show improvements towards specific skills.

Personal opinion: Online learning may be more convenient, but it strips most, if not all, of the essential qualities that are provided by physical classes. The ability to learn could be far more difficult due to a simple Wi-Fi issue or even an uncaring teacher who wouldn’t put in the effort. Physical classes may be near impossible due to the current predicament, yet it goes far in the way of useful and effective teaching. In my opinion, the only way online learning could improve is if teachers go the extra mile to help students learn, and making specific improvements to help each and every student learn.

Improving quality of education, college and universities needs to reconfigure graduate programs to match job skills in the market.
