When preparing to submit your rough draft to me on Feb. 2 before 11:59 PM, review and make sure you check that you have done the following: ____ You have used the template for Essay 1 provided to you via the assignment sheet. ____ Do you have 7 blog posts roughly the same length, each minimally 2-3 paragraphs? ____ Do you have a 1 paragraph bio of your superhero? ____ Does your first paragraph act as an introduction of your story? ____ Do you have a good “hook” that draws you in to the story in the first posting (Blog Post 1)? ____ Is there a well told story here? Is it complete with beginning, middle, and end? ____ Is there enough vivid imagery and material to pull you in, engage your interest, and make you feel like you can visually see and feel the things they describe? ____ Is there a clear significance conveyed to the reader (you)? ____ Have you checked for grammar and other proofing errors? Have you used a spelling/style check on your paper? ____ Have you saved and backed up a copy of your paper?
